I really enjoyed my stay at Basecamp Lodge in Golden. The shared accommodation was better than I expected, with comfortable beds and a nice breakfast in the morning. The lodge had a clean and cozy atmosphere, and the view from the living room was stunning. I would recommend this lodge for its quality and great location.
It is important to note that the rooms didn't have air conditioning, and the angles on the ceiling in the loft were a bit sharp and low, causing me to hit my head a couple of times. Additionally, the walls were thin, and I could hear noises from adjacent rooms and outside work early in the morning.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful waterfront nearby. The staff at the lodge were super friendly and helpful. Plus, the coffee and muffins provided in the morning were a nice touch.
The overall atmosphere around the hotel left much to be desired. The surrounding area seemed a bit rundown and the stores nearby were not very appealing.
